Josh Tanzola - Founding Trainer
With over 10 years experience in mixed martial arts and coming from a background in sports, Josh Tanzola is no stranger
to the health & fitness industry. Prior to Blitz Fitness, Josh worked as a certified personal trainer and kickboxing / boxing
instructor for multiple organizations and health clubs, helping people from all walks of life reach their personal and physical goals.
Josh also played soccer, football and raced motocross competitively for many years and instructed youth in self defense
and bully proofing classes. With Josh's previous experience, diverse background and passion for the industry, his goal is
to help people become aware and conscious of their health and fitness lifestyles.

Naomi Joy Gallagher - Yoga Instructor
With a strong background in theatre and dance, Naomi has a keen sense of body awareness.
She is a certified Power Yoga instructor, having completed the 200 hour level with Eoin Finn. She is offering
a smooth Vinyasa Flow class which will strengthen and lengthen the entire body. By promoting proper anatomical alignment,
she creates a safe environment for any level of yogi. Naomi strives to keep the classes fresh by devising creative ways to
challenge her students. Yoga plays a substantial role in neutralizing stress, increasing concentration and improving overall
athletic performance. By infusing each movement with breath, toxins are released and energy is generated.

Shana Bosco - Nutritionist
With over 16 years experience in Wholistic Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy and Esthetics plus coming from a background in the Health, Beauty and Wellness industry, Shana Bosco is an expert authourity on Health & Beauty. Prior to joining the Blitz Fitness Team, Shana has helped hundreds of clients look better, feel better, lose weight, increase energy and improve overall well-being. She has accomplished this through such mediums as live on-site consultations and seminars at leading health food stores, drug and grocery store chains and by conducting one-on-one in-home reviews of current dietary/lifestyle habits along with in-field shopping excursions. Shana provides results-driven advice with diligent follow up.
Shana is a true Vancouverite! Born and raised in the heart of Vancity she knows life’s challenges and stresses of a busy urban lifestyle. She has maintained a balanced lifestyle by taking full advantage of this city’s back yard and inner surroundings. Shana likes to roller blade, play tennis, squash and golf and loves to hit the mountains for fresh air exercise. With Shana’s previous experience, diverse background and passion for balanced living, her goal is to assist clients in achieving optimal health and beauty results on the inside and on the outside.
